WHAT’S KEEPING HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONALS UP AT NIGHT?
NOT MUCH IF THEY SHARE THE WAY TO HAPPINESS WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES.

Sure, there are a lot of big concerns in Human Resources, but our small book (yes, it measures 4.5 x 6.5 inches) can help with everything from culture to morale to employee happiness.
The Way to Happiness is a nonreligious moral code based on 21 principles that foster a workforce that’s honest, industrious and responsible. By embracing the book, you are investing in the well-being and success of your employees and positioning your company as a leader in promoting a positive work environment.
The Way to Happiness Educator’s Resource Kit is offered as an aid to educators who teach middle or secondary school and up in a classroom or community learning setting.
It is expected that before requesting The Way to Happiness Educator’s Resource Kit you are oriented via our free information kit and DVD to the purpose of the materials and the scope of our educational programs.
It is also presumed that you will provide reports that document results, such as faculty and student feedback, testimonials and pre- and post-program awareness/attitude changes.
If you do not conduct classes or group learning sessions, yet wish to raise awareness of character education, we encourage you to sign up for a free online course, sign up for our online training program, request our free DVD and information kit or read The Way to Happiness in its entirety online.
If you need education packages for more than one teacher committed to delivering and documenting the program, please email info@twth.org or call +1 (818) 254-0600 to place such an order.
“The Way to Happiness represents how one should really live. It’s a way of life, and we all should take part in it.”
“I really like that it is written in comprehensive language. It doesn’t matter what your religion, skin color or gender are, this will always help you.”
“I think it can be helpful to anyone. It can be helpful to make a better world, not just for people in disadvantaged communities and not just for people of color, but it can help everybody. It can help the world.”
