The Way to Happiness provides valuable guidance to my class. It makes them think and establishes values all too often missing in today’s world.”

“The more children, parents and teachers are exposed to and actively apply the 21 precepts brought forth in The Way to Happiness book, the better our society will become.”

“The student response is awesome. I have seen students behaving well-mannered after I completed just three lessons from the kit.”

“In this prison we have worked with the most incorrigible and worst prisoners in the entire state. And we have seen them change. With The Way to Happiness, they recover their own self-respect. They have converted themselves into productive beings.”

“I have seen hundreds of inmates participate in the program with very positive results.”

“I am very glad I discovered The Way to Happiness Restoring Self-Respect program. I would highly recommend it for any correctional facility.”

When inmates learn how to respect themselves, a nice thing happens—they start to respect everyone else. The Way to Happiness helps an inmate rebuild their self-respect and other virtues they’ll need to become a productive member of society.

Our kit was inspired by a powerful book … The Way to Happiness: A Common Sense Guide to Better Living. Instead of judging, it gives people a better sense of what’s right. And wrong. But this isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. It was specifically adapted for the criminal justice system. So it will resonate with those in penal institutions, juvenile facilities, re-entry programs and community crime prevention initiatives.

For over 40 years, educators and officials at all levels of the criminal justice system have made The Way to Happiness a key part of successful inmate, re-entry and prevention programs. The whole program is free. That will make you happy.

The Restoring Self-Respect Resource Kit provides corrections professionals with powerful and effective tools for rehabilitating inmates and ex-offenders.
